Washington’s updated Media Literacy and Digital Citizenship resources can feel overwhelming at first glance. This session helps K–12 educators explore the new OSPI guidance in manageable, practical steps. Participants will examine the purpose and importance of media literacy, unpack the K–12 frameworks, and discover classroom-ready instructional resources. Educators will leave with a stronger understanding of the standards and greater confidence in applying them to teaching and learning.
